Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily driver and equipment schedules
- Communicate pickup and delivery details
- Monitor active loads and route progress
- Respond quickly to schedule changes and delays
- Maintain load and dispatch documentation
- Work closely with drivers and customers

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Comfort in a fast-moving transportation setting
- Basic computer and scheduling software skills
- Sharp attention to detail and follow-through
- Dispatch or trucking experience a plus
